Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to bookings and stays at Road to Heaven Resort, Rann of Kutch, Gujarat. By making a booking you agree to them.
Tariffs
- Published tariffs are per tent per night on double occupancy and include breakfast and dinner (MAP plan), unless stated otherwise.
- GST and any other applicable taxes are charged extra.
- Tariffs may change for peak dates, festivals and long weekends. The rate confirmed in writing at the time of booking applies.
- An extra person is charged as per the tariff in force and is provided with an extra mattress.
Booking and payment
- A booking is confirmed only after we receive the advance payment requested and send you a written confirmation.
- The balance amount, if any, is payable as per the terms shared in your booking confirmation.
- Payment details are shared only by our official phone numbers or email address. Please verify before making any payment.
Cancellations and changes
Cancellation and date-change terms depend on the season and are shared with your booking confirmation. Please read them carefully before paying.
Check-in
- All guests must present valid government-issued photo ID at check-in, as required by law.
- Check-in and check-out timings are shared at the time of booking. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability.
Guest conduct
- Guests are expected to respect other guests, staff, the property and the natural environment of the Rann.
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused to resort property during their stay.
- The resort may refuse service to anyone behaving in an unsafe or disruptive manner.
Liability
- Guests are responsible for their own belongings.
- Activities such as camel safaris and sightseeing arranged with third-party operators are at the guest’s own risk and subject to those operators’ terms.
- We are not liable for disruption caused by weather, government orders, road closures or other events beyond our control.
